Whether you are a new user to Curriculum Trak or a long-time mapper, you may have struggled to make sure the right editors were attached to the proper maps within your courses database. We would like to announce a change that should make this administrative task a little easier. Now, in addition to the reports you can run related to users (In “Reports” select “Teachers by Course” or “Users Permissions”), you can now see exactly who is attached to each map within your Courses Database by simply hovering over the “Attached” button. A popup will now appear listing all users who currently have editing rights on that specific map. You can then make changes by clicking the button and modifying the list as always. It is our hope that this addition will allow Curriculum Trak administrators to more efficiently manage the users within your account.
