Unlimited Technical Support for Account Leadership

Curriculum Trak takes a “Train-the-Trainers” approach to supporting schools. We work with your account leadership to ensure you receive the full benefit of all of the Curriculum Trak features you would like to use. The following is included as part of basic support for every Curriculum Trak account:
  • An individualized setup consultation (45-60 minutes) to guide you through initial database creation

  • An individualized rollout consultation (45-60 minutes) to help you form a training plan for your team and identify the best training materials for your context

  • Periodic account reviews throughout your launch year

  • Unlimited support requests through our ticketing system

  • Support phone call or meetings with your account manager by request

  • Full access to our support and training video library

Included CT Certification

Curriculum Trak offers a CT Certification program designed to guide and support school leadership in the formation of a long term, sustainable plan to glean the full benefits of your curriculum mapping endeavor. Your account will include free registration to this training annually. The training program includes:
  • Over sixteen hours of instruction and discussion

  • Samples of exemplary and recommended practices

  • Synchronous and asynchronous remote training options

  • Collaboration with like-minded school leaders

  • Both initial certification and on-going training opportunities

  • Transferrable practices and personalized feedback
