Curriculum Trak Features

From our guided setup process to our extensive training and professional development options, Curriculum Trak is designed to help you to effectively incorporate the best practices of curriculum mapping into your school culture.

Curriculum Trak

Curriculum Trak (CT) is a unit and lesson planning tool primarily used by the teachers and administrators at a school. Schools use CT to move their curriculum articulation from Word and Google docs into an environment like CT that offers many more options. Schools may be beginning the mapping process, trying to consolidate current data that is in multiple locations, or moving from another software that is less easy to use, and/or a more expensive option. CT has many unique features that have been added over the years to help faith-based schools better meet their mission, such as Faith-Learning, maps of Christian textbooks and open source sharing with other schools.

User Experiences

Promote the success of your curriculum planning efforts by adopting a user-friendly platform that adapts to your current practices and processes.

Easy to use/format

Users appreciate our clear, easy to use, easy to learn format. Just four tools that take as little as 20 minutes to learn and schools are on their way.

Customizability

Schools can customize field types, learning depths, user levels, public sharing, course lists, and design multiple templates.

Single Sign On

Make it simple for your users – one sign-on for multiple tools.

Standards management

Any set of standards that you choose can be formatted and added to your project. Manage your standards using our tools and search our vast database to compare standards before selecting.

Mobile friendly

Everything in CT displays beautifully on mobile, tablet, and laptop environments.

Google-Friendly

Easily attach Google docs into CT units and lessons and push your weekly plans to Google Classroom.

Content Provision

Help teachers connect the specifics of their instruction with your school’s stated mission.

Faith-Learning Integration Content

Unique to Curriculum Trak, FLI allows you to add relevant biblical, conceptual connections in 20 areas, 80 sub-areas. This allows faith-based teachers to insert and modify concepts in units and lessons to help articulate your school mission.

Publisher Map Imports

Import maps of published curriculum. Pre-mapped content can be downloaded to expedite the mapping process, including major Christian textbook publishers.

Accommodations

Accommodations and strategies available in 9 different strands of ELA and math. Developed over 40 years, content is displayed in student, teacher/parent, and environment categories, and insertable and editable in the unit and lesson planning tools.

Product Hallmarks

CT Network (Other Curriculum)

Your content goes here. Edit or remove this text inline or in the module Content settings. You can also style every aspect of this content in the module Design settings and even apply custom CSS to this text in the module Advanced settings.

The collaboration opportunities available to you through Curriculum Trak network allows you the ability to see and even borrow from the maps, unit plans, standards selections, and lesson plans of like-minded schools. This option can expedite your process, provide opportunities for refinement and integration, and enhance your mapping efforts.

Lesson Planner

Our Lesson Planner is customizable and fully integrated into our unit planner tool. A key feature is that unit aligned standards, benchmarks, and resources are pulled from the unit plan into the lesson plan, assuring retention of alignment to the point of delivery. Lessons are stored in a database for review, reuse, and collaboration in the following year. Customizable templates and FLI and Accommodations are included.

Reports

CT has four different categories of reports: benchmark reports demonstrate curricular alignment, content reports assist in school improvement and quality control, pacing/progress reports demonstrate scope and sequence and mapping progress, and administrative reports assist in overall efficiency. As educators we have designed all of our reports and analytic tools to meet a broad range of teacher and administrator needs.

FACTS SIS integration

Curriculum Trak will sync information with your school’s FACTS SIS account. This not only expedites your initial account setup, but it also promotes communication regarding lesson plans and standards alignment.

School-Wide Outcomes (ESOs)

Curriculum Trak promotes school-wide review of your most essential mission-related components at the unit and lesson level. We will import your school’s overarching student outcome statements (often referred to as expected student outcomes, portrait of a graduate, graduate profile, etc.) allowing teachers, subject-area or grade-level teams, and administrators to report on specific connections to instructional planning.

Mission-Directed Service

Experience the value of a support team who believes in your mission and offers technical assistance and professional development geared to the unique needs and circumstances of a faith-based school.
